Gigi is a sweet little Shih Tzu who recently went blind and is still adjusting.  She is about eight years old and weighs a petite ten pounds. We have nicknamed her "Grum-Grum" because she likes to tell you if there is something she doesn't like or if she is scared, in a "grumbly" voice. Here’s Lucky! Lucky is a handsome Shih Tzu boy, 6-8 years old, who was turned in to a high-kill shelter by his owners who were moving. He’s still a little thin at 13 pounds, but since he loves to eat, that should be corrected soon. Luci is a 2 year-young Jack Russell Terrier who is learning how great life is outside the confines of a commercial breeding facility. She is affectionate with her foster family, loving children and adults, other dogs and the cats. Luci is fascinated with the parrots in the household and spends long periods of time watching them. Deagan is a 5 yr old playful Schnauzer who loves the outdoors and walks. He is a typical Schnauzer boy who weighs about 28lbs., and is very affectionate and at times doesn't know his own strength. Deagan needs a home without children since he can over power them and he thinks he's only 5lbs. He loves to get belly, head, and body rubs and does give kisses in return. Deagan will do better in a home with a fenced yard, no children and a family that is looking for the best of both worlds in he's a real lover but also a typical Schnauzer in he's strong! Deagan is house trained and walks well on a leash, loves car rides, adores hugs and will be your loyal loving companion for many years to come. He listens good and will snuggle up to you at bed time. Deagan is fostering in the Northeast and will be happy to take a road trip to his new furever home.

Molly is a sweet snugglebug of a Shih Tzu who is 2 years old, and weighs only 9lbs. She loves to be held and sleeps right beside you. Molly was rescued from a crowded kill shelter. She was heartworm positive and has been treated successfully. Because she's been recovering from her heartworm treatment, she has not been outside much, but when she is outside, she is right beside a member of the family. She walks well on a leash and car rides are also no problem for this laid back little Tzu girl. She is house trained using a piddle pad indoors but also "goes" when outside. Molly is the perfect companion for someone who spends a lot of time at home and wants a dog who is an adoring, by your side companion. Molly is fostering in South Carolina.
