Nonnie, Female Pekingese
Nonnie the precious Pekingese is approximately 7 years old and is a beautiful buff brown color with black tipped ears. She cannot see out of one eye but this is of no consequence to Nonnie. She doesn't need that to give wonderful kisses! Nonnie the Peke doll probably had a rough life before coming into rescue. But now her coat is beautiful and so is her heart. She loves everyone - children, adults, and is extremely curious about making friends with the kitty cats. She is a sweet, gentle soul who speaks "Peke". She talks with a sing song lilt while urging me to hurry up with her breakfast. She plays with the other small dogs and loves to cuddle. Nonnie weighs about 11 lbs and can jump up and down off the furniture with no problem. She is good on a leash and would love to go for outings with her new family. Nonnie means "Grandmother" in Italian and it suits her because she has an extremely wise look on her face. Nonnie is housetrained but would also use wee pads. You will just love this Pekingese! Nonnie is fostering in the southeast and can travel to your home.
