Hi, my name is Darla and I am a puppy mill survivor. I am a darling 3 year old, gold and white Shih Tzu girl with lots of love to give. I have a beautiful, big smile. I like playing with other furbabies, but I have my limits and don't like it when my partner plays too rough. I have lived a hard life and went hungry many nights, so I don't like to share my food and prefer to have my dinner in private. I love people and enjoy cozy nights being petted and loved by my foster family. Since being freed, every day is a new adventure. My foster family is helping me learn to walk on a leash and teaching me how to take care of my business outside. I'm looking for an experienced family, with lots of love to give, who loves to pet, go on walks, and wants to spend the rest of my life together. If this sounds like you, I'd love to meet you.
